Designed for blasting medium and small parts, such as cast iron, forged, aluminum, precision cast iron, bicycle alloy frame, heat treatment and other small parts. An explosion-proof model is also available, especially ideal for small magnesium alloy parts.

2. TSA-155 人字軌吊車式研掃機  Y RAIL HANGER TYPE SHOT BLASTING MACHINE

此機型被廣泛用於中大型鑄件成品之除砂及表面噴洗

特別是形狀複雜、中空…..等鑄件或是以猂接接合的大中小型構件均可噴洗，因吊桿設有自轉，所以噴洗無列目，且噴洗均勻速度快，極受業界之好評，每桿吊重2T以下為人字型。本公司特別為精密鑄造廠，鋁合金壓鑄，工業擠型廠所設計之人字型噴洗機。

This machine is widely applied for removing sand and surface blasting on big and medium cast iron parts. Especially ideal for complicated profile, hollow cast parts, and big/medium welded parts. The self-running of the hanging shaft makes blasting to all hard to reach positions. It features uniform and high speed blasting, providing full satisfaction to all customers. Lifting capacity of hanging shafts over 2 tons. When requested, a double bevel type shot blasting machine is available, especially ideal for precision cast iron factories and aluminum alloy parts factories.

3. TSA-109加壓式噴砂機  HIGH PRESSURE SAND BLASTING MACHINE

本機採用高壓式噴砂，撞擊點較深，工作速度快，產量約為一般虹吸式噴砂機3-5倍，本機型因撞擊點較大且深，故較不適合太過精密或太脆弱之零件加工，如電子零件、光學器材、精密模具等

.主要用途: 清除大型模具或物件表面之污銹、珠擊消除物件應力，適合大型高硬度金屬表面的珠擊加工，大型鑄造品、熱處理物件、被覆物、石材、木材等之加工

The machine is designed to be high pressure blasting. So the hitting point is deeper and the working speed is faster. The working efficiency is 3-5 times faster than suction type when mass production. Because of strong and deeper hitting, this machine is not fitting for the parts which too delicate or fragility, like Electrical Components, Precision Molds, Optical equipment etc.

Main Function: Removing the rust & burrs of BIG high-hardness metal mold or parts, taking away the parts surface stress. Suitable for BIG lost-wax casting、thermal treatment work-piece、coating、stone material, wood etc. This machine is specially designed for LEAK-PREVENTING OF ALLOY WHEEL.
